I recommend gutter covers if you have a steep pitched roof and you get a water flow gutter covers. Same goes for lack of pitch which causes the water to gather in one spot rather than flowing toward an exit. I do not recommend gutter covers if you have a low pitched roof and i don t recommend mesh gutter covers.

Fortunately clogged gutters are the easiest repair that can be made on your gutter runs. Also ensure your roofing and downspouts are designed well to complement the gutter design and capacity.
